I want to make a webcast where I order some BS product from TV and then tear into it about how its basically false advertising and it dose not work anywhere near as well as it dose on TV
Now I know I probably cant come out and say "This commerical is committing false advertising"
but can I show the actual commercial and compare it to my real experiance.
I’m just looking for my legal coverage in this situation.
