Do I need to take permission from residents (I mean legally ..I am not asking from relationship or moral or general perspective). As long as I abide by the general ruiles of the community on discipline etc. it should be ok right? I got answers on legal requirements like registering with ROC, Shops and est act, paying taxes etc. Thanks sincerely for all those who helped me with initial part of my question
