how do you set up a business blog for your boss?

My boss requested that I set up a BLOG for our Fitness Facility and give all our physical trainers the Blog address and rights to it, so we can all post marketing ideas \ and read thoughts and questions of potential clients – from it! HOW DO I DO THAT!??????
